Just reached one of my fitness goals: 200 consecutive situps  Woot!

I used the program on twohundredsituops.com. Very helpful and motivational.

Next goal: 100 consecutive pushups. 😉

  1. Congratulations! Quick question: what workout surface did you use for situps? I tried this program on my hardwood floor and developed an inconvenient raw spot on my tailbone after a week.
