Congratulations! Quick question: what workout surface did you use for situps? I tried this program on my hardwood floor and developed an inconvenient raw spot on my tailbone after a week.
Thanks! I do my situps on my weight bench. It’s padded and lets me “lock” my legs behind a couple foam rollers.
